PURCHASE RULES
- Choose the products you like from the catalog and put them in the shopping cart by clicking " Add to cart ".
- In the " Cart " section, you will see your chosen goods. Here you can edit the order by changing the quantity of goods or by applying a discount - a gift voucher code. In the " Cart " section, you can choose to continue shopping or place an order.
- When forming an order, you can choose order details. If you have already registered in the MOTOTOP.LT online store, you need to enter your login details. When registering an account, fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk). Correct contact details must be provided in the order form.
- Choose the delivery method: sending by courier, to the Omniva postal machine or picking up the goods in Marijampole. More about delivery conditions - on the " Delivery " page.
- Choose a payment method: cash, paysera (online banking) or bank transfer. It is necessary to agree with the purchase rules, privacy policy and press "Continue ".
- After filling in all the necessary information, press " Confirm order ".
- Products that we do not have in stock and shipping takes more than 4 working days are shipped to the buyer according to an individual order from the manufacturer.
RETURN OF GOODS
- Poor-quality or wrong-sized goods are exchanged for good-quality goods of the right size . Shipping costs incurred by the buyer when returning the item to the seller are not reimbursed. We can exchange or return goods within 14 days from the date of their delivery.
- If it is determined that the product was damaged due to the buyer's fault , the product is returned to the buyer only after paying the costs of return, resending (if the buyer does not wish to pick up the product at the office) and product quality assessment, if any.
- After purchasing a product of the wrong size, the buyer ensures that:
- the returned item will be in its original and neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective item);
- the product will be undamaged by the buyer;
- the product will not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
- the returned product will be in the same configuration as it was received;
