Privacy Policy
1. General provisions.
These privacy rules (hereinafter - the "rules") regulate the basic principles and the procedure based on which the Seller (hereinafter - the "Seller") manages the personal data of the Buyers (hereinafter - "Your") in the online store (hereinafter - the "e-store").
The processing of your personal data is determined by these rules, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.
2. Registration submission rules.
2.1 You must provide complete, detailed and correct information about yourself in the registration form. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel your order. The seller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every natural person who visits the e-store. The seller collects and uses the data of a natural person (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-store registration form) in order to:
- process your orders for goods or services;
- solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
Personal data is processed using secure means that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.
2.2 The Seller may use your non-personal data, i.e. data related to your purchased goods, for statistical purposes. Such collection of statistical data will not allow directly or indirectly determining your personal identity. The seller reserves the right to transfer statistical data to a third party.
3. Transfer of personal data to third parties.
The seller has the right to transfer information to third parties, only to achieve the purposes of clause 2, paragraph 2. The seller does not transfer your personal data to third parties without your separate consent, except in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Transfer of information or claim.
All notifications related to the processing of personal data are submitted by e-mail to info@mototop.lt or by post. The Seller submits the answer in the form in which he received the notification or claim.
5. Processing of personal data.
You agree that the personal data that you voluntarily provide in the registration form will be processed based on these rules.
6. Changing the Rules.
The seller has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Rules by announcing this in the e-store. If you use the services provided by the e-shop after the changes in these conditions, the Seller considers that you have agreed to the change in the conditions.

These Privacy Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements regarding the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
